Team and Tech is seeking a Project Manager to work under the guidance of the Project Management Office and under the direction of the PMO Manager. The project manager will understand the various steps performed to move a project to completion in addition to maintaining positive working relationships across the system. Prepare and update documents and presentations, create communications and correspondence, coordinate program calendars, meetings, agendas and meeting minutes. Proactively supports project and status meetings by soliciting input from owners and participants, assuring agendas are in place and accurate and meeting outputs are available in a timely fashion. Perform key tasks to support all aspects of all various stages of projects to help ensure project success. Use project scheduling and control tools to support the monitoring of project plans and reporting of project statuses. Designs and generates routine and specialized reports for departmental and administrative use. Creates trends, graphs data and prepares reports.
Additionally, the Project Manager will take an active role in the PMO by contributing to project portfolio management, sharing best practices with other Project Managers and Project Coordinators as well as Scrum Masters. The Project Manager may be tasked with PMO special projects and reporting across the company-wide project portfolio.
Team and Tech PMO is responsible for projects across all company business areas and may include IT development, Help Desk, and infrastructure, building construction, vendor managed project oversight, business process improvement, event management, and marketing. We are looking for a Project Manager who is willing to step into projects where he/she may not have previous experience in. The methodology of most projects will be more of a traditional nature, however, we anticipate a long-term transformation toward agile methodologies across all company functional areas.

Required Licenses, Certifications, or other Requirements:
- Project Management certification PMP (preferred)
- Agile certification such as CSM/SSM a plus
- Familiarity with SAFe a plus
Required Education & Experience:
- Prefer a university/college two- or four-year degree.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience as a project manager.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, years of experience and/or certification may be considered.
