Our client, a leader in their industry, is actively seeking a Project Manager for the contract to hire opportunity in the Moon, PA area. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, planning, and maintaining software applications and operating systems as it relates to our client’s technical environments, which include Microsoft, .Net, and SQL Server. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle and ensure accuracy with Production requirements.

]Responsibilities:

  • Take Ownership of Project Execution from Inception to Closure
  • Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables to Support Business Goals
  • Develop Full-Scale Project Plans and Associated Communication Documents
  • Identify/Mange Project Dependencies and Critical Path
  • Proactively Manage Changes in Project Scope, Identify Potential Crises, Devise Contingency Plans
  • Identify/Resolve Issues within Application Development Team
  • Set/Manage Project Expectations with Team Members
  • Estimate Resources and Participants Needed to Achieve Project Goals
  • Build, Develop, Grow Business Relationships Vital to Project Success
  • Plan and Schedule Project Timelines, Using Appropriate Tools
  • Develop and Deliver Progress Reports, Requirements Documentation, and Presentations
  • Define Project Success Criteria and Disseminate to Involved Parties throughout Project Life Cycle

Qualifications:

  • Finance/Accounting and/or Mortgage Service experience highly preferred
  • 5-10 Years Direct Work Experience in Project Management
  • Technically Competent with Various Software Programs
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
  • Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team
  • Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)- preferred
