Job Summary:

  • The Project Manager is responsible for the effective management and coordination of critical projects required to support Goodwill’s growth. This position is responsible for all project management activities including planning, budget, scheduling, quality and executing installation efforts. Working in a cross-functional team environment, this position will provide communications, coordination, expertise and task reporting before, during and after project implementation. The position will deploy resources on a variety of projects and be responsible for multiple deliverables on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, ensuring successful completion.

  • Designs, develops, implements and oversees to completion the various projects as directed by management.

  • Provides general training to appropriate clients.
  • Evaluates and monitors the progress on assigned projects.

  • Knowledgeable of Project Management tools and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably technical related.
  • ERP implementation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge in the development, implementation, and completion of business projects.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Superior oral and written skills, including the ability to influence others.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to engage groups and facilitate a positive learning experience.
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and independent decision making.
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to effectively problem-solve.

  • Strong PC skills and expertise in MS Office and e-learning authoring tools.

Preferred Education / Experience / Knowledge & Skills / Certifications & License

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university.
