Overview:[
ILS is looking for a Project Manager experienced with IT system delivery to clients. This resource will be called on to be the primary point of contact for executive-level personnel and client stakeholders, and should be able to deliver IT projects by SLA. This resource will divide his or her time between the ILS Headquarters office in Fairfax, VA and client locations in Washington, DC.
]Responsibilities:
- Manage task order team members and deliverables
- Lead monthly review of Federal program/project plans and strategy; facilitate daily stand-up meetings for client contracts
- Meet regularly with clients to determine client satisfaction and future needs and project requirements
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships and facilitate a positive representation of ILS to current and future clients
- Perform market studies for the identification of new clients; successfully execute sales and marketing plans and strategies
- Manage project schedules via MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a Information Technology related field
- 5-Years Minimum of experience and significant hands-on Program and Project Management
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills – must have the ability to clearly describe challenges and solutions in both technical and non-technical, or business terms
- PMP certification and Financial industry experience is a plus. Must have project delivery experience in Agile/SCRUM Software Development
