Your Responsibilities Include
  • Build solid relationships with customers and peers to the build and support the organization
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks?in benefit of the organization
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables?
  • Lead the development of project tasks and resource requirements?
  • Develop full scale project plans?
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff?
  • Manage project resource allocation?
  • Plan and schedule project timelines?
  • Track project deliverables?
  • Secure acceptances and approval of deliverables from Project Sponsor and other stakeholders?
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Proactive dissemination of project status and other project communications requirements
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
  • Ensuring delivered solution is of acceptable quality
  • Identifying changes for customers/users and building effective communications plans to facilitate those changes


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to take an idea to action
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively?
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism; proven ability to forge relationships?
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency?
  • Awareness of project management techniques and tools
  • Understanding of basic change management
  • Strong customer focus
