]Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the project(s)
- Meet clients’ expectations and needs, and ensure conformance of the project standards and procedures
- Track project processes to ensure superior performance and customer experience throughout the program
- Serve as the technical and contractual liaison to the client during the performance of work/projects
- Supervise staff throughout project(s) lifecycle(s) to ensure cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance
- Monitor daily compliance of program systems, policies, and procedures
- Monitor expenditures and program progress
- Establish staffing procedures and protocol in customer relations
- Recommend changes to corporate programs, financial/budget planning, and customer service
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction
- Integrates financial data for multiple projects
- Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
- Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects
- Identify potential contractual opportunities
- Mentor project staff
- Compares financial data for practice to that of other practices and seeks ways to maximize revenue
- Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects
- Addresses elevated billing issues when they arise
Qualifications:
-
10 or more years of relevant project management experience; and minimum of 2 years managing multiple projects
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Experience in leading Agile teams
- Experience interfacing with both OIT/CIO clients as well as functional (PO) clients
- Experience working in an environment that involves PII and the security concerns surrounding it
- Experience working in a cloud environment â e.g. AWS (preferred, not required)
- Technical background to be able to speak comfortably with the client on tech issues/ concerns.
- CSM certified
- PMI/PM certified (preferred, not required)
- AWS Certs a plus (preferred, not required)
