Responsibilities:

• Inspect prospective projects and provide a detailed and accurate scope of work and estimate to clients
• Manage all pre-construction activities for successful project roll-out
• Assume primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects
• Set and manage client expectations
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with subcontractors, insurance agents, adjusters and homeowners.
• Verify that quality of each phase of finished work meets company standards and homeowner expectations
• Team with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the residential restoration industry
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines
• Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, cost management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to utilize the latest server and cloud based computer technology including: Xactimate estimating software, Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting software and document management software
• Desire to consistently strive to implement and maintain strong understanding of construction operations and procedures
