Pelican Floors is looking for a candidate to fulfill the role of Project Coordinator and Installation Manager. We are a small family company, highly-rated, with a select group of award-winning installers. Our operating area is Brevard County (the Space Coast).
Duties will include:
- Scheduling projects with customers
- Hiring/managing installers of various trades
- Ensuring project materials are correctly ordered and received (via coordination with warehouse manager)
- Keeping customers apprised of timelines and making adjustments as necessary
- Acting as the company liaison with customers to ensure we are maintaining a satisfactory perception
- Making sure the various trades are operating to our company standards
- Acting to solve problems if they occur with minimal cost or disruption
- Visiting job sites daily
The right candidate will maintain a professional appearance and exude a positive demeanor. Experience in the various flooring trades would be preferred. Additionally, an understanding of kitchen and bathroom remodels and light interior construction would be a bonus.
