As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will be working with our patients to schedule appointments, coordinate with medical funding companies, send medical records and bills, track revenue from Personal Injury payments, process payments for Personal Injury patients in Quickbooks, and work with Attorney’s/Lawyer’s offices to provide the care that our patients need after they experience a Motor Vehicle Accident or premise liability injury.

Job Duties:

  • Happy & Friendly
  • Answering/place incoming/outgoing calls to/from patients & Attorney’s Offices
  • Guide the care of our personal injury patients
  • Work closely with clinical Providers to develop a plan of care for our patients
  • Facilitate Referrals to and from Attorney’s/Lawyer’s and other specialties

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role with a heavy emphasis over the phone
  • Experience working in Personal Injury in a law office or medical setting required
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel, Quickbooks, and an electronic medical record system
