WHO WE ARE
The Refinery Lab Is a MIAMI based Medical cosmetic studio located in Downtown Miami. We have gotten beauty down to a science. We have taken the psychology and biology of beauty and combined it the the skill of refinery to make changes that leaves our clients with natural and beautiful results. We offer medical cosmetic services and train licensed practitioners to preform these services as well.
WHO YOU WILL BE REPORTING TO
You will be working directly with our founder; a senior level medical esthetics practitioner and university professor, internationally trained in cosmetic medical services with a masters in Nursing and licensed with the Florida Department of Health. She has been in the aesthetics field for 12 years, beginning her career as a makeup artist for a high-end makeup company in New York City.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
An associate with an impeccable sense of style and an amazing can do attitude that inspires you to roll up your sleeves and get things done. This must all be over shadowed by Executive level competence and organizational skills. Ensure all day-to-day activities are resolved by maintaining ongoing communication, organizing all routine activities and handling special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Personal Duties:
- Coordinate among team (executives, employees, clients, agent, manager) and all other external partners
- Schedule personal and business appointments for Artist and take detailed notes in meetings
- Manage calendar, including personal and work-related travel and accommodations
- Oversee and organize incoming and outgoing packages
- Run personal errands for Artist which includes but is not limited to apartment maintenance, renovations, gift purchasing, grocery and coffee runs
- Manage, restock and organize personal storage including but not limited to storage closets and all other beauty related items
- Welcomes each guest as they enter
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolves customer complaints
- Process any transactions required to begin or complete the visit
- Handle multi-phone line system, professionally answering calls, scheduling appointments, responding to email, and ensuring great communication with patients, staff, and throughout the office (administrative and office-management tasks)
- Light housekeeping
- Organize, manage and update all content assets as needed (which includes images for portfolio, editorial work, social media assets, images shot at events, etc.)
- Work directly with Special Events team to organize and facilitate upcoming events
- Personal work as needed
Brand Collaborations:
- Assist with brand collaborations including scheduling shipments and meetings, taking notes and sharing feedback, testing and organizing product
- Work with PR team to schedule personal appearances (including both televised opportunities and speaking engagements) and at-home interviews
- Execute and schedule social media deliverables
- Organize and shoot video and photo content as needed to be used for social media âthis includes behind-the-scenes footage, unboxing images and content captured at personal appearances and other in-person events
- Organize and execute social media giveaways
- Organize production team schedule and manage content capture shoot dates for ArtistâsYouTube Channel
Requirements:
- Must speak Spanish
- Highly proficient on all social media platforms
- Professionalism and flexibility to assist, while working well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment â Intuitive thinking and problem solving skills is a must
- Ability to prioritize workload, be organized and detail oriented
- Handle highly confidential and/or sensitive matters with discretion and tact at all times
