A stable Branson based tourism company is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join our team located in Branson, Missouri.
This position will be part of our creative marketing team which supports the company by helping bring stories to life in a fun way which in turn helps connect with customers, build relationships, and positively impacts business results.
This is a full time, year round position that reports to the VP of Marketing.
The Director of Online Marketing is responsible for implementation of business action plans, which could include business development, marketing, design, content development, programming schedules and sales.This person must be multi-talented. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic individual to help drive our company to the next level online.
This person will be responsible for the following activities.
- Developing all email strategies and the implementation of those strategies.
- Creating content for all websites, which could include articles, blogs, videos, photos, etc.
- Developing all social media strategies and the implementation of those strategies.
- Writing press releases and release them as needed.
- Editi videos for online and offline content.
- Working with managers of other departments to implement marketing strategies that drive incremental revenue to our businesses.
- Helping to produce our weekly online TV show.
- Using photography to its fullest extent.
- Being able to see opportunities and then capitalizing on them.
The right person will have the following skill set:
- Be able to work both independently and with a team.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Must be friendly/hospitable.
- Must be able to work in a smoke free environment.
- Must be professional and look the part.
- Willing to work more then 40 hours per week.
- Must work on site in Branson.
- Must be able analyze data and make changes based on the data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac/PC environments.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be reliable, deadline and detail oriented.An eye for detail is a must.
- Must have some understanding of graphic design and video editing.
- Photography and Video Skills a plus.
Education:
Would prefer at least a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Marketing
or similar degree but willing to look at experience if you donât have a degree.
