- Manage, hire, and develop an onboarding team in Philadelphia to ensure all new apartment units meet design and operational brand standards
- Build and manage strong business relationships with vendors, installers, and logistics partners
- Get your hands dirty by installing wallpapers, locks, and the occasional small paint job
- Problem solve delivery and installation challenges on the spot and constantly improve the efficiency and cost of the onboarding process, while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Partner with HQ to ensure furniture deliveries are properly accounted for and our asset registry system is always up to date
- Work closely with the Head of Real Estate to understand when new locations are coming online, and with the Operations Manager to guarantee new apartments are guest-ready.
