HALSTEAD is searching for a Marketing Project Manager. This position is 99% remote.

This Marketing Project Manager role requires a really organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person with strong interpersonal skills and get-it-done attitude. This person will oversee one-time projects such as website designs; onboarding of new monthly recurring contracts; and tracking success of existing ongoing contracts. The role will require business analysis and documenting business requirements, as well as seeing them through the lifecycle of projects, as necessary, and finally – identifying and implementing process improvements.
The Marketing Project Manager will manage ongoing, timely, and kind client communication with updates and questions/answers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead planning, managing, and execution on projects by identifying all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing campaign, and then strategically delegating those tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities to ensure seamless execution and workflow management.
- Hold team members accountable for delivering on tasks, with quality, by proactively leading and removing daily blockers that interfere with project success factors.
- Drive team productivity by optimizing marketing processes and efficiently managing resources to balance workload, including proactively identifying new resource needs.
- Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to clients.
- Maintain ownership of team-wide communication, and coordinate status determination; act as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing or rolling up reports.
- Manage all initiatives within the companyâs project management software to make sure all tasks and projects are up to date on a daily basis and that all changes/updates are tracked within the system.
- Evaluate work for quality, using a highly detail-oriented approach.
- Managing project debriefs to identify lessons and content that can be applied to future clients and projects.
- Identify lessons learned that can be applied to future clients and projects.
- Identify best practices and opportunities for project teams to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- Solid research, organizational and writing skills, and a sharp, attentive eye for detail.
- 2+ years of experience managing marketing teams (not necessarily project managing).
- internet/web design solutions, collaborate with designers and front-end developers
- Good understanding of web design standards, user-centered design, optimization and search practices.
- Hands-on experience with social or pay-per-click ads.
- Experience in copywriting and editing.
- Proven track record in a client-service environment.
- Proven ability to identify creative solutions to challenges and problems.
- Strong critical & analytical thinker – able to identify and establish a point of view based on project interdependencies and present that to others in a clear and actionable manner
- Must be organized with great attention to detail, able to act independently, and switch rapidly between projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to not only meet requests, but self-start and initiate without prompting on business needs given timelines, schedules, and priorities.
- We don’t have education requirements as there is no education degree that can prepare for our fast-paced marketing world!
This is a work from home-or-wherever-you-want role. Our entire team of 26+ members is remote. There may be an event you are asked to attend, if there is such a case, travel will be paid.

Salary: $28.00 to $30.00 /hour
