Master Service Companies, a regional leader in the waterproofing, foundation repair and concrete repair industry, is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to help our growing Knoxville team.

The Opportunity:

• Manage all lead sources, including print, television, home shows, social media, and more.
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
• Develop and implement campaigns to achieve lead goals and KPI’s.
• Manage with efficiency, determination, and self-discipline in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment for all marketing projects and promotions.
• Negotiate with local vendors to place advertising, using our proven process.
• Oversee and edit content for social media, press releases and print.
• Lead and grow a team of 4 coordinators through mentoring and coaching.

Ideal Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Management role.
• 1+ years of overseeing a team, required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Works well with a team, contributing ideas and supporting group projects.
• Show adaptability and flexibility under varied conditions.
• High proficiency with software packages such as Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, etc.
• Experience with negotiations is a plus, but not required.
