Job Title: Managing Director, Architecture and Design
Location: Pasadena, CA

Job Summary:

The Managing Director, Architecture, and Design will be responsible for leading the architecture and design processes for Gemdale’s West Coast projects. He/she will work closely with the Managing Director, Development as well as Development Managers to lead processes required to secure and deliver developments successfully.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field, Master’s Degree preferred, architectural licensure is required. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in massing, space planning/interior design/architecture for residential, office, land development, commercial, and multi-unit branded environments.
