As a Digital Project Manager for Nestlé USA, you will establish, build, and cultivate trusted relationships with brand teams, digital development agencies, and technical functions. You will support our growth initiatives with Nestlé USA by driving innovation and creating more enriching personalized experiences for our consumers.
Primary Responsibilities

Ensure all projects are structured with agile project methodologies and consistent with overall IS/IT customer objectives and strategic plans

Articulate roadmap and plans and collaborate with central product teams

Partner with business stakeholders on overall digital strategy

Manage vendors, advise on operational best practices, and proactively provide solutions

Manage integration of marketing technology solutions

Develop and control project budget, manage expenditure within agreed value delivery and spending plans, and produce timely, detailed high-level summary reports.

Manage the stakeholder engagement and ensure quality deliverables, by ensuring the respect of Project Management best practices

Follow-up the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each project and consolidate program level reporting

Establish and ensure appropriate governance functions for the Project in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor

Identify and mitigate project risk, keeping issues visible, to avoid impacting the project’s success

Provide project schedule, actual vs. budget, incremental value and earned value information in project progress reports (supported by IS/IT performance management)

Manage project changes, adjust budget, timeline, and project scope to accommodates approved changes

Continuous learning, keeps up to date with latest development and methodology in relation with IS/IT communities and IS/IT workforce strategy
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, management information systems, or related study

5 years professional experience in business marketing
-
3 years minimum experience with consumer facing digital products
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with program management or project management
-
Experience in multi-brand websites and email marketing
-
Ability to work autonomously and acclimate to changes in business

Excellent Communication skills that emphasizes the important intersection of business and technology

High level of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity

Experience in a related role in Consumer Packaged Goods company, Agency, or technology focused company

Agile Methodology and/or Design Thinking experience

Experience in marketing technologies (e.g., Drupal, Salesforce, CIAM/Gigya, Krux, Google Analytics)
