    Executive Assistant to CEO of Creative Agency

    This position offers an opportunity for you to become an integral part of our dynamic, growing company.

    As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our Owner/CEO in day to day tasks and business development opportunities.

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

    • Proactively manage the CEO’s ever-changing professional and personal calendar by coordinating, prioritizing and schedule meetings, appointments, events, and travel.
    • Proactively identify action items to take off the CEO’s plate, enabling her to focus on higher-level tasks. This may include handling occasional CEO personal tasks.
    • Actively monitor the CEO’s email and LinkedIn sales platform, responding to messages accordingly.
    • Assist CEO with written materials for speeches.
    • Attend meetings as required, take detailed notes, list any action items and brief CEO.
    • Work with the CEO to draft messages for client communications.
    • Prepare for meetings and research background material.
    • Assist in the creation of presentation and capabilities decks.
    • Post social content across the CEO’s multiple professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Includes capturing and posting story highlights on Instagram.
    • Light assistance with social media content creation.
    • Assist admin assistant with planning and organizing internal events. (The team likes to party together.)
    • Work with admin assistant to research, book and organize travel, including event calendars, meeting criteria.
    • Organize signed documents such as SOWs, MSAs, and NDAs.
    • Serve as the primary point of initial contact for telephone calls, and on-site guests.

    EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or other senior-level Executives
    • Degree in English or communications is a plus
    • Business or Marketing background a plus
    • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram social platforms
    • Understanding of what LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, as well as a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Superior time management skills – ability to prioritize a great deal of information, tasks, and relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Able to respond in a timely manner, organize tasks and adjust to changing priorities
    • Sound judgment in balancing competing priorities
    • Creative problem-solver and self-starter
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette
    • Energizing and uplifting personality; proactive with a solution-oriented attitude
