Job Summary
We are a fast-growing e-commerce organization with a diversified portfolio of products. We are looking for a Head of Supplier relations in managing suppliers to meet revenue & profitability targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Drive business performance by developing strong supplier relationships to meet revenue & profitability targets.
Partner with key stakeholders to to deliver enhanced value to our customers
Build strong and sustainable relationships at an executive level with our suppliers and find creative solutions in negotiations and facilitate discussions in order to drive profitable growth.
Manage & build in new suppliers by analyzing sales information to identify opportunities for improving sales & improving margins.
Act as the primary suppliers partner for on-boarding and service.
Act as a trusted adviser for suppliers, proactively identifying opportunities to address supplierâs objectives.
Analyze data to negotiate inventory allocation to meet customers’ demand.and adherence of operational metrics in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery & Service.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review product selling, issues with deliveries, and potential customer experience issues. Determine solutions to ensure timely and consistent flow of products.
Analyze category metrics to understand consumer behavior and create a plan based on the findings.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidate having 8+ years of experience in Supplier / Vendor management and / or sourcing of products
Must have high analytical skills with aptitude for numbers & data driven argumentation.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office tools.
Strong Selling, Negotiating and Consulting skills.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and reliably get things done on-time
Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
Must have Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, sales or related field.
