Job Title: Director of Marketing – Office Leasing
Location: Pasadena, CA

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Marketing Manager will work with the development team on developing marketing plans, proposing positioning and pricing strategies, and executing established marketing plans to promote Gemdale’s targeted leasing of properties objectives.

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree in related fields required, minimum 5-7 years of solid experiences in marketing of office leasing projects in the LA area, strong social media background, Real Estate Salesperson’s/Broker’s license required, experience in creating presentations and presenting to upper management/clients, ability to engage with senior executives within and outside the company, strong relationship management, influence and consensus-building skills, and practical, results-oriented attitude and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
