RP Capital Advisory group specializes in debt and equity financing, and our originators are responsible for sourcing commercial real estate lending opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a competitive person and a team player. You must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. This individual must possess excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other professionals in the commercial real estate industry
- Calling prospects to originate new business
- Attend networking events and conferences
- Articulate Rosano Partners Capital Advisory value proposition
Skills and Knowledge
- Self-motivated worker with the ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic team setting as well as independently.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer/client interaction
- Broad understanding of real estate financing is preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
Education and Experience
- Superior sales and phone skills
- 2-3 years of rigorous sales environment experience preferred (will consider recent college graduates that have relevant internships)
- Must have a College Degree.
