JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, Risk and Compliance (R&C), you will be an integral part of the R&C team to institute an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across business units for Keppel Offshore & Marine (KOM) globally.
You will work closely with the business units and the respective ERM champions to identify, assess and monitor key risks and prepare risk management reports. As a key member of the KOM R&C team, your key responsibilities would include:
- Drive Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management initiatives in the Group
- Monitor the ERM implementation status in Business Units
- Update key risk issues in the Group regularly
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management training workshops
- Conduct risk assessment workshops with Business Units
- Guide Business Units in the preparation of business continuity threat analysis and mitigating plans
- Review risk registers and business continuity plans prepared by Business Units
- Prepare regular reports to Management and Board Committees
- Review risk analysis for investments and projects
- Evaluate effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance by business units from time to time
- Assist in the implementation of Keppel Compliance Programme when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good Degree in Engineering/Accounting/ Business or equivalent professional qualifications
- Min 5 years relevant experience in the offshore and marine industry, particularly in engineering project management; project analysis, risk management, financial management, business development, , IT and cybersecurity, audit is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good business acumen
- Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good planning, organizational and presentation and report writing skills
