Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or public administration, finance or related field; three years of progressively responsible experience in customer service or field operations work including two years of supervisory experience; experience managing office budgets preferred; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of operations of the assigned area of responsibility; and principles and practices of customer service. Ability to exercise tact and independent judgment in dealing with the public; to analyze and evaluate services and operations; to communicate effectively orally and in writing; to operate a personal computer and related software and other standard office equipment; to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers; to supervisor staff. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.

Duties

Under general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty in supervisory and administrative work managing the operations of a variety of customer assistance and program support services. Perform other work as required.

Shift

Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
