Barsys (http://www.thebarsys.com) is a thriving venture-backed robotics company based in Manhattan that has developed and commercialized a line of cutting-edge automated cocktail machines. We are generating substantial revenue and rapidly expanding our team, and we have aspirations to leverage our technology across other categories. We are seeking someone experienced in operations and financials/accounting to fill a senior full-time COO/Comptroller position.
The candidate must have experience in managing operations and a team, and ideally, he or she should at least be proficient in bookkeeping (i.e. Quickbooks entries, maintaining a balance sheet and income statement, etcâŚ) and financial modeling.
This is a very senior position that encompasses optimizing Barsysâ growing organization to maximize productivity and accelerate shareholder value creation. As such, compensation will include a salary, bonus and depending on your level of experience and track record, a potential equity grant that will vest over the duration of your employment contract.
