Contract Services, LLC is a full scope residential remodel construction company that services the investment property industry in cities across the U.S. Our customer base consists primarily of larger national accounts as well as some regional and local operators. Renovations Project Manager
The role of the Renovations Project Manager is to manage all aspects of assigned residential remodel projects from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
· All necessary communication with the customer
· Communicating all necessary information with home office
· Securing subcontractors for all trades
· Coordinating the necessary trades on each job
· Ordering and coordinating delivery of all necessary materials
· Attending all customer meetings
· Attending pre- and post-construction customer walks
· Ensuring job completion by customer-specified deadline
· Ensuring subcontractor on-boarding and insurance compliance
· Managing weekly pay for subcontractors
Ideal candidates will have experience managing construction in the investment property industry, either for single family rental properties, fix-and-flip investors, or both. Ideal candidates will have driver’s license as well as a means of transportation, preferably with the ability to transport job materials when necessary. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships with qualified subcontractor crews. General contractor’s license a plus.
