Looking for an individual having a strong work ethic and integrity with extensive experience to start a reconstruction division for our company. The right individual will have significant experience in the restoration industry with knowledge and certifications in Fire/Smoke, Water and Mold remediation.
- Would like an individual having contacts with reliable and quality sub-contractors.
- Experience with Xactimate sketching and estimating a must
- Experience using DASH a plus
- Experience with TPA work and XactAnalysis a plus
- Critical skills include time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders
- Supervise and self-perform residential and light commercial work simultaneously on multiple projects
- Possess excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per company policy, pass a background check and drug testing
- Proficient in technology (computers, mobile devices, etc.)
Note: Compensation will likely range between $75k – $125k with a combination of salary and commission based on profitability of jobs.
