Construction Project Manager

Keystone Remodeling is currently seeking a full-time residential Remodeling project manager to support our strong growth in the Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Johns Creek and Dunwoody/Sandy Springs residential remodeling areas. Keystone Remodeling is a 15-year-old company specializing in Kitchen, Master Bathroom and Basement remodeling. Potential candidates must be comfortable with clients (homeowners), managing sub-contractors, be organized and outgoing. This person would be responsible for multiple remodeling projects, start to finish and report directly to ownership.

The position requires knowledge in every stage of the remodeling process and the ability to supervise multiple subcontractors. Five (5+) years of remodeling/construction experience required with at least 3 years of project management experience.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide great customer service, coordinate, plan, and supervise subcontractor’s activities ensuring adherence to plans and timeline; enforcing a professional, safe, work-site environment. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills. Other tasks or duties include:

• Provide on-site supervision of subcontractors including scheduling and quality control;
• Monitor subcontractors, designers, and permit officials project schedules;
• Manage subcontractor invoicing (review and approval);
• Assist with coordination aspects as directed by the project scope;
• Comply with all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the company while onsite. Initiate problem-solving and work to common resolutions with homeowners;Other Requirements:

• Must possess own transportation- (pickup truck) as tools and construction materials will need to be hauled at times (fuel reimbursement included in compensation package).
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs;
• Professional verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to organize and communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors;
• Must be dependable and able to work independently; and
• Must treat all employees, clients, subcontractors and vendors with dignity and respect.
• Construction: 5 years (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products US Citizenship required. Ability to be able to gain security access and pass drug test required. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Annual salary/bonus is dependent on experience and qualifications.
