JOB OVERVIEW

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is currently seeking a Clinic Director to join our exceptional team of clinicians and lead a designated clinic. Ask our team about our Orthopaedic Residency Program.

This job is located in our Ashburn, VA Outpatient Clinic.

As clinic director for PT Solutions Physical Therapy, you will serve as a leader of a designated location to develop and manage a highly functioning team that consistently delivers the best in patient care and customer service. Clinic directors work with senior leadership, physicians, and hospital partners to ensure operational efficiency across all service lines. They are a clinical expert resource to staff regarding patient needs and clinical oversight.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitating implementation of company initiatives, changes in policy, regulations, processes, and procedures
  • Providing accurate and timely communication to the owners of PT Solutions concerning business operations, associate performance, and marketing direction
  • Serving as mentor and instructor to developing therapist and students
  • Ensure compliance of clinic/location with federal, state and local physical therapy practice guidelines
  • Conducting mock JCAHO survey audits in preparation for live audits
  • Overseeing implementation of PT Solutions’ business direction and business practices on day to day basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ year(s) as a Clinic Director OR 1+ year(s) as physical therapist and have completed residency program OR 3+ years as staff physical therapist
Managed a budget, identified staffing needs, developed and maintained relationships with community and physician referral sources, excellent clinical care and patient interaction, managed labor costs, supported and trained staff, lead and teach staff physical therapists, maintain a full caseload, led team meetings, flexibility with schedule – weekends and evening work is required as needed.


EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS
  • A graduate of approved Program of Physical Therapy by APTA and CAPTE.
  • Licensure appropriate to governing body of state licensing board.
  • Current CPR card.
  • No previous or current sanctions by federal payors (CMS, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Champus/Tricare, etc…) or other payors inclusive of state workers compensation system
