    The job of Campus Care Manager is established for the purposes of directing custodial services in order to promote efficient practices that result in clean and attractive facilities. This position is responsible for participating in and supervising routine cleaning of all areas of the building. Oversees custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

    • Assigning Campus Care duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met.
    • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.
    • Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted
    • Assisting with the screening and hiring of new applications
    • Providing training and guidance to campus care staff
    • Resolving conflicts between team members in an efficient manner
    • Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required
    • Performing all campus care duties necessary in instance of staff shortages
    • Performing routine building inspections
    • Conducting routine meetings for the purpose of disseminating information to Campus Care team
    • Developing work schedules and coordinating workloads of custodians for the purpose of ensuring efficient services
    • Evaluating custodial employees with input from administrators and other staff for the purpose of promoting professional growth and ensure adherence to church employment standards

    ¡ Reporting safety hazards and repair needs to appropriate personnel for the purpose of ensuring safe facilities

    ¡ Researching and testing new custodial methods, supplies and equipment for the purpose of improving custodial services.

    • Working cooperatively with administration, other staff and custodial staff in evaluating site needs, developing custodial cleaning schedules and recommending equipment and supply needs for the purpose of providing efficient services.
