We are hiring for a Branch Manager to work on our team.
Job Summary:
The incumbent in this position is expected to originate Mortgage loan products through in-side and out-side sales efforts. All employees of Bay Equity are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Attract new customers through a variety of sales efforts including but not limited to; attending realty meetings and home buyer seminars, creating working relationships with Real Estate agents, and follow up calls to RE agents
- Primary point of contact from application through closing
Minimum Requirements:
- DOC NMLS license active in approved status
- Minimum 5 years of experience in staff supervision/management including; hiring, performance evaluation, coach/ mentoring and employee termination
- Ability to promote sales initiatives for self and others in a variety of ways through marketing efforts including; telemarketing, mortgage and real estate associations and seminars, development of industry specific relationships
- Possess a high ethical standard and be customer service orientated
- Knowledge of Encompass and RESPA
