Job Summary:
The Assistant Vice President of Surgical and Clinical Services will be responsible for the operational, financial and human resources performance of the surgical services and specialty clinic operations across all CHWC campuses, including Archbold, Montpelier, and Bryan. The essential functions f the role will be to oversee strategic and operational effectiveness of the following areas:surgical services, anesthesia (contracted service), CHWC specialty clinics and professional clinic staff (APNs).
Essential Job Functions:

- Provides strategic, operational, market and financial leadership while ensuring delivery and execution of metrics and targets as outlines in the CHWC strategic plan for surgical and specialty clinic operations.

- Skilled to make clear, concise and easily understand presentation to the organization, board, physicians and community on behalf of the organization.
Education and Experience:
- The AVP must have completed four years of college and hold a Bachelorâs Degree, with a Masters preferred.
- The AVP Director must have 3 – 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership.
