Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the outside sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas on current accounts as well as target future customers.
- Establish a good rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Manage and maintain current named accounts.
- Participate in estimating print projects.
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Working as a back up to our customer service team.
- Maintain call activity and accounts in salesforce.com.
- Build a high level of working knowledge of Dot-Itâs ERP system.
- Obtain a working knowledge of Dot It’s core products and services.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Coordinate customer training as necessary.
Requirements:
- Account management and customer service experience preferred.
- Print experience preferred.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Able to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experience with customer relationship management software (salesforce.com).
