Responsibilities:
- Leads all relationship building and interactions between field division managers and Morrison corporate
- Facilitates the development of relationship retention between Morrison internal and external clients
- Processes, defines and develops contractual obligations through definition of scope of work for design services and construction proposals
- Directs communication between upper management and the field in order to achieve efficiencies when implementing problem solving and decision making
- Pursues profitability for all projects by empowering and realigning human capital and by effective management of resources
- Oversees and approves final contract terms with service providers i.e. Architects, Engineers. General Contractors and designers
- Coordinates wants and needs of operations with realities of architect and MEP engineers to meet expectations, budget and schedule
- Orchestrates review of proposed layouts, specifications and design details with field operations team to ensure that design meets their needs and project criteria
- Supervises budgets, oversees all projects interdependencies and efficiencies and is responsible for meeting project objectives and expectations
- Forecasts, identifies and informs of potential hurdles and conflicts to the field and with Morrison Internal and External Clients
- Readjusts timelines and resources accordingly based on potential schedules or priority delays
- Coordinates with GC Project Manager on all project schedules and logistics
- Motivates for continuous improvement and opportunities with a WIN-WIN approach
- Communicates regularly with Director Of Retail and other upper management members, Operational Field Managers, Culinary team, Retail Marketing Managers and Project Managers on projects status
- Develops innovative procedure and activities that provide “ fit for purpose” solutions
Qualifications:
- 4 year Degree preferred
- 5 year proven track record of Management of similar responsibility
- Food Industry Development Experience through Construction preferred
- Above Average Writing and Presentation skills
- High level communication skill
- Appropriate level of technical skill
- Appropriate level of creative skill
- Must pass critical reviews of professional competence
- Capable of traveling to meet with customers and operators
