Job Description
In this highly visible position, the Senior Manger, End to End Solutions will define and drive the Americas strategy for Axis End to End Solutions.
The incumbent will lead a small team focused on 3 market segments including End User, System Integrator and Channel and oversee the development and execution of marketing plans for Axis End to End Solutions. The team managed by the incumbent will work closely with Sales, Business Development and Solutions Development leadership in Americas and at Axis HQ in Sweden to successfully attain End to End revenue growth targets for the Americas.
The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate about what Axis as to offer. Applicants should have experience influencing and managing a team of diverse individuals across departments and geographies.
This is an international role and 50% travel within the region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job. The selected individual must reside in or be willing to relocate to Chelmsford, MA. This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Solutions and Services.

What you will do:
- Build and manager the End to End team in developing the strategy and an operational plan to increase sales of our video management platforms
- Work with various stakeholders at headquarters in Sweden and the Americas to provide a comprehensive outlook of the various markets for our Video Management solutions
- Collaborate with Development and launch teams to ensure the smooth launch of Axis end to end video management solutions
- Provide appropriate reporting and tracking of progress, market assessments, and competitive analysis as needed
- Manage employee development plans, evaluate performance, identify areas of development, and close gaps. Act as a bearer of our company culture
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Business development in the Video Surveillance Market
- Long term strategy and project management skills
- Experience understanding the needs of partners and customers and translating those needs into long-term business strategy and short-term actions
- Proven experience in setting priorities in response to changes in market or strategy and creating/driving a strategic, growth-oriented agenda
- Proven coaching-oriented leadership style including leading through periods of change Experience growing and coaching team members into the next generation of leaders. A people leader who empowers others, holds them accountable, and gains satisfaction from others’ success
