The Opportunity

B.Q. Basement Systems is looking for a highly motivated Service Manager. Our service team maintains and repair systems previously installed by our company, as well as sells additional solutions to restore and protect our customers’ homes. Our purpose is to redefine the construction industry by pushing beyond the status quo and providing our customers with a remarkable experience.

• Leads and manages the service department’s technicians and builds and develops the team

• Leads group and individual meetings on a weekly basis.

• Formulate and implement strategy with an aim to meet and exceed goals

• Oversee and guide the paperwork of the sales department to ensure clear communication among all departments of the company and customers.

• When customer issues are escalated to his/her level, works to resolve all issues with customers.

• Ensure that customers have a remarkable experience.

• Be an ambassador for the company’s culture and purpose.
