    Sales Manager

    We are the country’s premier Spiral Specialists, looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. Phoenix Corporation is seeking a Sales Leader to continue growing our brand across the US and abroad. As the Sales Manager you will have experience selling to business owners and to senior managers of food and beverage manufacturing companies. Your track record should demonstrate a technical foundation, sales experience and excellent written and verbal communication.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Grows our market share by enhancing our relationship with existing customers, find and develop new customers directly as a salesperson while also establishing and improving our company operations.

    • Works with our core vendors to develop mutual business plans and synergies

    • Assists with Improving our Sales & Service Processes

    • Lends energy and ideas to all sales, marketing and revenue optimization efforts

    • Develops profitable sales through outside sales calls; maintains active sales contact on all assigned accounts

    • Researches competition and assesses general market conditions

    • Develops proposals, qualifies leads, and prepares contracts

    • Manages and negotiates supplier agreements with new and existing customer accounts

    Successful candidates in this role will:

    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university preferred

    • Have a minimum of 3 years Sales experience preferred

    • Be resilient and adaptable

    • Be team oriented

    • Be results driven

    • Be trustworthy and reliable

    Experience:

    • Sales: 3 years preferred

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Preferred
