Remodeling Project Manager

Mad City Windows, Wisconsin’s largest home remodeling company is looking for a energetic, self motivated candidate to fill the role of Field Manager. This position is Monday-Friday. This is a multifaceted position involving duties in the office and in the field.

Job duties will include but are not be limited to:

-Receiving and inventory of product
-Loading crews

-Hiring and training of crews
-Management and training of crews
-Customer complaint resolution
-Organizing jobs
-Creating strategies to improve efficiency

-Monitor Wisconsin lead procedures
-Enforce set expectations
-Document crew performance
-Document product quality
-Communicate with customers
-Present daily progress reports

-Occasional Measuring of Jobs

Qualifications:
-Preferred candidates will have a strong background in construction, ordering and project planning.

-Previous experiencing installing windows, roofing, siding, baths

-Management/ crew supervisory experience

– Experience with Conflict Resolution

– Strong customer service skills

-Valid license with clean record
