Regional Manager, Hospital Valet Operations
Location: Based in Trenton, NJ, but must be willing to travel within the state 4-5 days per week (75%)
Position Summary
Cypress Healthcare Valet, a national leader in parking services, is seeking a Regional Manager to direct and manage our valet operations at hospitals across the U.S. The Regional Manager will ensure the safe and efficient daily operation of our services and uphold our company’s reputation for consistently exceeding the expectations of our patients, visitors and guests.

The Regional Manager must be able to provide leadership to valet teams, identify and implement ways to improve, manage operating expenses and track and analyze performance among other duties.
Job Description
- 15+ Hospitals
- Will be required to travel weekly to different locations as needed.
- The role will be to lead operations at your assigned hospitals through the on-site team.
- Provide direct support for site managers at your accounts
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on inventory needs
- Coordinate and complete all HR Paperwork for the employees in your region
- Learn and train the digital Valet System
- Monitor labor hours by account
- Run budget reports by location and evaluate to maximize budget and minimize expenditures
- Support our claims process
- Train/develop new training modules
- Be involved in sales presentations for any new business pitches as required
- Meet with clients as needed or as preferred by the client
- Participate in start-ups when required

- Actively coaching and documenting coaching moments with team members
- Assisting in the development and role out of important new training modules
- Documenting all concerns and complaints to share with the client
- Present yourself in a professional manner from communication (written and verbal), attire, and general presence
- Managing a labor budget in a fiscally responsible way
- Following up to client concerns in a timely manner
- Interfacing with each manager in your region daily, engaging ways that we can continue to support, train, and enhance the operation
- Reviewing site schedules with region’s managers prior to the week and reviewing the challenges and opportunities each day
- Interfacing with the claims, HR team, and Recruiting team as managers need support and follow-through
- Thinking on your feet, every day to help solve problems as they arrive
- Interfacing with clients, visitors, and claims team on any claims to help manage and drive the patient experience
- Leading up with any specific actionable to the corporate team
- Participating in new startups as the need arises
