    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Equipment Services Manager position provides critical support by managing and administrating the contracts with the field service providers. The position monitors the performance of the service providers, providing continuous improvement to maximize performance while minimizing cost. The position also oversees and manages the refurbishment supplier for the equipment. Light US travel required 5%-15%.
    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with commercial vendors and suppliers, and collaborate with the development and supply chain teams as well as cross functional partners. You must be able to work with a variety of people from field customers to senior leaders.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration of service contracts with National Service Providers and equipment suppliers for Nestle Coffee Partner customer base.
  • Development of service plans for new equipment. Integrate new plans into service contracts, developing agreed fee structure for the new scope.
  • Manage the work scope and contracts for refurbishment of equipment with an external vendor.
  • Create performance metrics for service providers, monitor, and report the service metrics to Nestle leadership.
  • Work with service providers on continuous improvement.
  • Work with field partners and the internal team to resolve service escalations.
  • Report and escalate service failures and issues with Nestle leadership and service providers.
  • Participate in and lead discussions around service in Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers.
  • Review and approve service billings in line by line detail, resolve with provider, measure against the contracted rates and scope.
  • Coordinate billings with field partners to ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Develop a long term service strategy. Work with a cross functional team to evaluate options for multiple providers.
  • Develop financial business pro-formas for evaluation of contract options.
  • Able to manage direct report(s) in the execution of the job responsibilities and provide leadership in the development of others.

Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5-7 years managing complex services contracts.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams. Able to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with developing a financial pro-forma.
  • SKILLS:

  • Self-Starter, able to work both as a team player and autonomously.
  • Able to communicate clearly and lead presentations across all levels of the organization.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in use of the Microsoft software suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing terminology pertaining to commercial appliances.
