Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of calendar for all Swisher brands’ consumer engagement initiatives. This includes: artists and influencer assets, promotional photo shoots, product photography, event photos, digital ad units, print advertising materials. Packaging, POS, and more. This role supports ongoing project management related to managing content traffic between vendors, ensuring FDA regulation compliance and managing a complex digital calendar.

Overall Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Manages content traffic between vendors. Manage approval timelines between content producer, SWI and any other necessary parties. Manage the routing of product to agencies for content production.
  • Scheduling: Manage scheduled delivery of requirements outlined in content calendars including influencers, product assets, and agency content requirements. Manage product routing to agencies for any required content or activations. Responsible for keeping the digital promotional calendar up to date, reflecting all of the initiatives and events. Create and traffic all project management forms for related work. Route and manage creative requests within tight deadlines.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the current regulatory environment and ensure all content adheres to FDA or any government-related regulation. Knows how to interpret regulations.
  • Content Development & Management: Responsibility for community management. Prepares content presentation plan around special promotions for Swisher field sales. Manages and organizes all Consumer Engagement files on the Swisher server. Management of all content for consumer marketing initiatives including: artists and influencer assets, promotional photo shoots, product photography, event photos & videos, digital ad units, print advertising materials, packaging, POS, and more. Ensure that content from outside vendors meets the scope.
  • Brand Knowledge: Understanding of the full line of Swisher brands and knows how our brands align to consumer needs. Understands the consumer engagement plan and the planning and logistics necessary to meet the deadlines and deliverables for each event.
  • Communication: The ability to share ideas, thoughts and information persuasively with diverse internal and external audiences. To be able to engage with the CE team and other stakeholders to influence and develop constructive two-way dialogue.

Requirements


Academic Qualifications/Required Experience:

  • BA degree required, 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong time management skills
  • Passion for social media, mobile and digital social media trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project planning skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through. Keen attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and work style
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Working Relationships:
Internal: Director, Consumer Engagement, VP Creative and creative teams, Legal
External: Various agency contacts, event teams and adult consumers.
