We are actively pursuing a seasoned Office Manager/Administrative assistant. The successful individual will have experience with coordinating and scheduling appointments, communicating with customers and team members clearly and efficiently, as well as performing general office functions. You are a highly desirable candidate if you enjoy working closely with team members, providing amazing customer experiences, and are effective with organizational skills.

The best candidate will have positive experiences in scheduling, customer service, working in a small team, excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. This position is required to respond to customer service inquiries directly as well as support office staff and executives as required with various tasks.

The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position we are hiring for is a full time position and pays between $15-$20 per hour (depending on experience). Employees are eligible for vacation, sick time and health benefits after the first full 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Receiving shipments and packages
  • Handle Executive incoming emails
  • Communicate with customers as required
  • Communicate with service staff regarding appointments, information and other items
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Take notes during team meetings and distribute to those involved
  • Event/Team Outing planning once a quarter
  • Send outgoing mail, cards, letters, gifts, etc.
  • Run office errands as necessary
  • Support the team as required or needed
  • Greet walk in customers/appointments
  • Data Entry as needed
  • Organize and file important documents

Requirements include:

  • Excellent Phone Skills
  • STRONG written and verbal communication skills
  • Awesome organizational skills
  • Scheduling Experience (at least 2 years)
  • Office Management Experience (at least 2 years)
  • High level of commitment to get tasks accomplished at all costs
  • Take accountability for the demands of the position
  • Sense of urgency for all tasks
  • Can-do attitude
  • Be able to work as a contributing team member
  • Other duties as assigned
