SUMMARY
Support all reporting and other administrative requirements of the USEPA Contract in Cincinnati including the ability to log service requests and work orders, receive customer calls, and manage personal property.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate/Schedule Vendors
Establish Standard Operating Procedures Manual
Design/Maintain Filing Systems and Logs
Maintain Break Room Area
Provide Administrative Assistance:
Maintain Company Vehicle Information; Registration, Insurance, Safety
Reconcile Travel Expenses
Complete Check Requests
Contribute to Team Effort by Assisting with Government Contract Work
Keep Management Informed by Reviewing and Analyzing Reports and Summarizing Information
Assist with Employee Engagement Efforts and Community Impact Events
Participate in Event Organization
Photo Documentation
Manage Office Hardware
Set Up Work Stations
Check Inventory/Stock Shelves
Submit Office Supply Requisitions
Guest Relations
Greet Guests
Answer phones
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 to 5 years administrative office experience
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software Products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Ability and with the means to travel freely to company events offsite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and see them through to completion
High school diploma and a valid driver’s license
