What Will I Be Doing?

As a Member Services Manager, you are the face of the club to the member inquiries. These inquiries can be in person, on the phone or via email. You must enjoy providing a professional level communication at all times. This also involves some administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting mail, coordinating deliveries, copying, faxing and filing. The retail shop is also in the office whose daily operations and management falls under this positions. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate staff are scheduled to cover the front office operations (which may also include you) as well as the other administrative and retail staff.As a leader for your team within WaterSound Beach Club, you are responsible for performance evaluation input and continuous coaching to ensure the opportunity of success for the team.

What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?

It is best to have a degree in Hospitality or business-related field; however someone with equivalent experience in private club or customer service careers will be considered.

What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?

Because this position is the representative of the club, you must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout shift as determined by business needs; guide guests, and assist with club operations as needed. You must be able to bend, kneel, crouch and sometimes reach overhead during your shift. Lifting or carrying heavy items is typically not required.
