Fusion92 is looking to fill the role of Media Manager (Publisher AdOps Trafficker). The media manager is the go-to for campaign execution. They are the reliable source for day to day details on key performance metrics related to publisher side AdOps like yield management, direct deal performance, and updating the stakeholders through reporting how things are going on each account. You are the engineers of the media team process with a voice to always make it more efficient. This position is vital to the media team from an execution standpoint, but it is also the position that you start to hone strategic skills that will become vital to more senior positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day communication with internal staff and external stakeholders about campaign performance.
  • Daily QA process with another trafficker to ensure all sponsorships are running smoothly.
  • Ingestion and trafficking of all collateral related to campaigns including programmatic and non programmatic execution.
  • Continual monitoring of all demand partners and troubleshooting where needed.
  • Management of adtech vendor relationships.
  • Reporting through Data Studio and Excel using advanced functions to express how each account is doing with an executive roll up and drill down functionality.
  • Client facing meetings weekly to provide updates for our high touch accounts.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • 3+ years background in trafficking experience publisher side.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, infer conclusions and provide actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and technical skills.
  • Strong communication skills. You’ll need to weave big concepts together with the help of the Associate Director leading the pub side accounts. You will be expected to run client facing meetings with little oversight once fully ramped up.
  • Reliability, pro-activity, and consistency are all MUST HAVES for this role. The Associate Director will be leaning on you as an integral part of the publisher AdOps services team.
