Marking Directors are responsible executing the Media vision of the Operator/Marketing Team and to be brand ambassadors for Chick-fil-A South Asheville and Tunnel Road stores.
JOB DESCRIPTION The Marking Director(s) are responsible for consistently executing the components of the Raving Fans Strategy. Their goal is to be brand leaders in all areas of digital production. They are required to uphold values of Chick-fil-A while interacting with their team and community face to face or on digital platforms. Marking Directors are committed to the details and will follow every action with excellence. They will work closely with the Senior Director of Brand and Sales Growth; communication is essential and imperative for the success of the team. They should execute the Culture and Core 4 of Marketing at all times. The Media team will work closely with the Marketing Team to promote upcoming events. The majority of advertising takes place digitally,
RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Increase Sales: The Marketing Directors are responsible for growing sales and brand recognition of their restaurant through digital advertising. *Key components of sales growth; Increase check average, increase guest count, grow outside sales and increase exposure of CFA ONE and mobile*
– Grow our digital footprint
– Support leadership with training, videos and other graphic needs
– Support Sr. Director of Sales to promote events on digital platforms
– Engage the community through interactive posts that inspire and influence
– Tell a real life stories on our digital platforms that humanize the local band
– Create innovative digital media techniques that breakthrough what is common or accepted to find what is remarkable
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
– Run Giveaways: In order to expand the reach of our digital footprint and promote new products the Marketing Director is responsible for running engaging giveaways that excite the community and create positive exposure for new products and our local brand.
– New Item Rollout: New items should be given generous exposure on all digital platforms. Creative posts should bring positive attention and conversation around new items on the menu! The Marketing Directors are also responsible for assisting the Directors of Training in any way possible when a new items roll out; through flyers or video production their goal is to serve the team.
– Media Presentation: All our digital production, photos, videos and graphics should be held to the highest standards. All digital content should capture the mind and inspire the imagination of the viewer. Never sacrifice quality for quantity.
– Team Member Recognition and Celebration: On our digital platforms, the Marketing Director will publicly celebrate various team members and leaders and tell their stories/history with Chick-fil-A. This is a vital part of our marketing strategy and will endear the guest to the brand and assist with recruitment.
OPERATIONAL STANDARDS DAILY OPERATIONS
-Ensure all media outlets are posted on at least once day
-Respond to all comments and messages received WEEKLY
-Track Media impact and submit weekly report MONTHLY
-All events and giveaways properly promoted
-Engaging and fun giveaways
