Planning:
Plans the yearly and long term business development in Americas of all Digital Solutions (DS), including
products like ContiPressureCheck (CPC), ContiConnect, and CPC Solo.
- Coordinates the budget process for all DS with the Americas markets
- Forecasts sales on Americas level, ensuring appropriate FC by market and product segment.
- Ensures feeding of all sales and production relevant information into the appropriate demand management
and delivery workflows.
Business Steering:
- Ensures the achievement of the overall Americas sales and profitability goals for DS.
- Coordinates the definition and drives the implementation of efficient sales operations and processes for DS
in the Americas markets.
- Manages the channel mix for Digital Solutions, including telematics and other technology providers.
Business Development:
- Identifies new business opportunities for upcoming DS
- Expands network of adequate / certified installation partners for DS
- Gives input to continuous further development / improvement of DS according to customer needs and
competitive landscape
- Explores and sets up new business models including payment models, sales channels and distribution
concepts for ContiConnect and other DS within the Americas Business Region.
Organizational Development and Qualification:
- Ensures availability of training concepts and material as enabler for Continental’s successful positioning as
Solutions Provider.
- Defines, communicates and supervises the implementation of the required organizational resources and
structures in the markets, enabling efficient support of Continental’s DS business activities.
Marketing:
- Drives and coordinates, together with the respective Marketing departments, the implementation of all
necessary Pricing, Communications and other Marketing support elements for DS at Central (HQ) level.
- Gives input to Marketing Digital Solutions CVT regarding Marketing support elements and facilitates the
implementation on market level
- Supports all Product Management activities for DS at Americas level, in accordance with Global product
Management for Digital Solutions.
General Marketing and Cross Divisional:
- Proactively contributes to the definition and continuous improvement of the BU’s general marketing
strategy, and to the development of general marketing solutions and initiatives.
- Identifies and develops opportunities for cross-divisional cooperation within the Continental Corporation, in
the area of DS.
- Participates in Marketing Manager Meetings, KAM meetings, Global Solution PPT, etc.

- Bachelorâs degree
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of management (leading people)
- Understanding of technology development, technical solutions, and/or digital solutions development cycle
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
- Experience in understanding high level business acumen, such as operations, business steering, business development, business impact
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing new technologies within the automotive industry
- Being able to understand the customer needs and turn them into requirements and solutions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese
