Responsibilities

The scope of the proposed services will include, but not be limited to the following:

Implement a shared-services data capture and processing platform with the following software already procured from Kofax and Metasource: MetaSource IBML Connector, MetaSource Check21, MetaSource Virtual batcher, Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation, Kofax TotalAgility, Kofax Process Intelligence, Kofax RPA, Kofax Insight, & Kofax Check Recognition /w Cursive

  • Identify and implement enhancements to workflow routing, reporting, and integration with LDR’s tax system called DELTA (GenTax by Fast Enterprises)
  • Support for the MetaSource/Kofax system
  • Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS & LDR stafffor all requested work
  • Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS & LDR staff for all requested work
  • Provide user training
  • Monitor, review and audit performance of the entire Metasource/Kofax product suite of software and make performance improvements as necessary

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and a resident of the US for the previous 3 years with no longer than a 90 day absence.

The position will also require direct interaction with the client.
