PRIMARY WORK DUTIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead project meetings to discuss and document project planning, conflict resolution, risk management, and project staffing responsibilities.
• Present and explain project design, plan, and implementation to project team members and stakeholders.
• Document business and functional requirements using proven business practices and tools.
• Identify problems, evaluate trends, and anticipate conflicts to create and implement project control measures.
• Present and explain project design, plan, and implementation to project team members and stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, business administration, information systems, criminal justice or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years as an IT project manager.
• Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years managing teams responsible for strategic planning, project implementation, and working with a broad range of diverse business units.
• Two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years performing business analysis and creating business analysis documents.
