The HR recruitment manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and coordination of all recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality staff for the persons served at Dungarvin Minnesota. This individual will have full ownership of delivery of a quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The recruitment manager will lead and provide coaching to the recruiting team. This person will also be an important part of Recruiting and HR project management teams with the opportunity to impact systems, process and business results.

Bachelorâs degree and three years of non-exempt level recruiting in a service or retail organization, preferred. A combination of general human resources experience and recruiting (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is acceptable.

Two years supervisory experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must possess strong computer skills.

Experience with ATS systems required; experience working with UltiPro recruiting desired.

Must be adept using Social Media recruiting platforms to drive active and passive candidate engagement.

Experience working in a metrics-based recruiting organization.
