Housekeeping Manager

Stay Montana, Montana’s fastest growing vacation rental coming is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning team in Bozeman and Big Sky.

Job Responsibilities

Recruiting, interviewing and hiring of team

Scheduling team

Training team on standards and SOPs

Set and maintain cleanliness standards for all cleanings

Create and maintain organization standards to ensure high staff morale and efficiency

Expense management to ensure profitability

Compensation and Benefits

Salary based on experience

Medical and dental insurance after 60 days

Flexible Time Off after 60 days

STD, LTD, and life insurance after 60 days

Bonus eligible position

Requirements

Weekends and Holidays required

Valid Driver License

Lifting required

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Housekeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
• Housekeeping Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
