As a Store Manager, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Leadership qualities, great personality, people oriented
- Accountability for sales, payroll and other controllable expenses
- Developing team by hiring, training and motivating team members
- Order and manage all food and product supply for your store
- Ensure daily production of product meets the stores needs
- Decorating skills are a plus
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- High school diploma or comparable
- Provide documentation for authorization to work
- Basic computer knowledge
